Love these guys. I've worked with probably every employee at Gene Burch Plumbing and they all are great. I use them regularly at my job to address any type of plumbing issues. Always on time or they call, they will make sure the job is done correctly and we are happy, and always a great attitude and well organized. Highly recommended.

Another good service visit by one of the techs from Gene Burch Plumbing.  I had emailed their office with a photo of the broken part, and Gary G, picked one up on the way to our house the morning of the appointment.  Had it installed in no time at all, and we were back in business with on-demand hot water at the kitchen sink.

The two technicians called before they arrived; were respectful of the house; very pleasant fellows; seemed to know what they were dong; and everything was repaired as expected.  Definitely will use them again.
