My husband and I had a house built in 2015. We have had issues with our carpet bubbling up in different areas. My husband called last week to try and set up an appointment to have somebody come out and look at it. They told him the first day available would be today, January 11th but they would have to call him back with a time. A week went by so he called this past Monday to find out a time. The lady he spoke with said they still didn't know and they would call back the next day because the schedule still wasn't made. My husband never received a phone call and at 0830 this morning two men showed up at my house. This is completely unprofessional. They gave us no notice after telling my husband multiple times they would call us back with a time. They also made an extreme mess in multiple rooms and didn't clean up. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone we know.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. We needed some carpet repair done in our home and called Genes since they were listed as the original installers when the home was built. We called first thing in the morning to see if we could set up an appointment. The lady who answered told us there would be a $75 fee for them to come out. We said that was fine and that we wanted to set up an appointment. She sounded extremely annoyed. As if we were really bothering her asking to have her setup an appointment. She said in a very rude tone that she would call us right back. An hour later we still had not received a call back so we called again. This time, in the rudest tone imaginable, she said "Uh yeah it's cause we are busy and we are helping ppl here. When we get time, we will call you back." We were floored. (No pun intended). If that's the way they talk to customers I don't want anything to do with them. We called another company who set up an appointment without any problems. They were even polite when they did it. Imagine that.
