We are from Boulevard Fence. It's was a great experience to worked with Gene's of Apple Valley construction. They pay us on time. Plan was clear. Communication was great. They have a great team to work with. Very impressed. We are looking forward to work with them again.

Lies, poor estimation, lack of staff.  If you want a horrid remodel with the worst quality, go here.  You are better off investing in the lottery.  They quote, send An unqualified crew of 1 and then ask for payment before the "work" is close to done.  They should be in jail.  

Look close at prior reviews.  They are lies and family members.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Gene and his crew are excellent in every department. Gene is punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what the condition of my roof was, and showed me photos so that I could see for myself what he was talking about. He gave me a detailed explanation of why my roof needed to be replaced, but never made me feel as though he was pushing anything to me.  His crew did a great job, and I am very happy with my new roof and it really helped increase the value of my house and I could not be happier with the money I made when I sold my house thanks to Gene’s of Apple Valley Construction!! I proudly recommend Gene to everyone. Thanks again to Gene and everyone on his team.

We contacted Gene's of Apple Valley to assist us with hail and wind damage to our home.  Gene was present when the insurance adjuster came to our house and worked with both us and the insurance company regarding the claim.  He was detailed, responsive and very knowledgeable in all aspects of our claim.  We ended up with a new roof, siding and gutters.  We also used his expertise in making our home energy efficient with the addition of extra insulation in our attic.  His team of workers were prompt, considerate and very neat. They cleaned up everything while they were working. We plan to use them again for window and door replacement.  EXCELLENT company to work with and they provide Quality work !!

Gene was very effective in working with the insurance company to get our roof replaced due to hail damage.  He was thorough in explaining the roof replacement process, so I was very comfortable the job would be done correctly.  In addition to the roof he was able to get coverage for a number of windows and our gutters and downspouts.  His crew took one day to remove and replace the roof, valleys and air vents.  They did an excellent job on the replacement and cleanup of waste materials.  I have recommended Gene's of Apple Valley to others, including a neighbor that was very pleased.  Dave of Lakeville
