We are glad we chose CM of SD for our home remodel (two bedrooms and a bathroom). Rich and Natascha were great communicators and it was evident they actually cared about us and our home. When we researched them one of their prior clients used the word "integrity" to describe CM of SD and we would do the same. This was one of several phases of our whole home remodel and earlier we'd used a big design build firm. While they got the job done (at a very high price) the experience was stressful and lousy. We felt like we had to be the project manager and it was evident they saw us more as a business transaction rather than people wanting to improve their home. We had an entirely different experience with CM of SD and highly recommend them. Rich dealt with all issues by keeping us in the loop and presenting options. If we weren't satisfied with something he made it right. He was always positive, solution-oriented and timely. If you are serious about remodeling your home contact Rich and research his competitors and talk to each company's references. You'll be able to see the difference is clear.

Rich guided me through our home renovation with ease. He is a pro and the depth of he experience showed. I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Rich and his team at Construction Management of San Diego.

Very on point. Rich at Construction Management of San Diego helped with a complete remodel of my home. This was my first experience with such a major project and could not have been more happy with the finished project. He spent the time to listen to my ideas and present viable cost effective options to ensure we finished on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Construction Management of San Diego to friends, family, or even a stranger.

Rich has been a pleasure to work with, he's definitely a people person and was on top of my remodeling project. He's a well versed General Contractor and his experience showed, the project flow was smooth and all of the subcontractors were on time and completed their tasks according to the project plan. I would recommend CM of SD to any residential homeowners looking for quality work and a genuine man of his craft.
