I absolutely love how they treat my 5 year old boy.  the staff is fantastic.  I just wish they had an office on the east side.  I will drive the distance but I don't understand why they couldn't keep a location closer to where the last one was.  I live far east and my son goes to school in the Vail district so it is like driving from one side of town to another. But I'll do it because of how awesome the staff is and knowing my son is in good hands.  I will see their new office today for the first time.  Thank you General Dentistry for taking such good care of all the kids you see.

My children feel very comfortable there. They always look forward to playing in the play structure and seeing the kid's movies that there is never any worry about the dentist. All the dentists and staff are warm, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this children's dentistry.

We had to take my almost 2 year old son in for oral surgery.  He had a couple of cracked teeth that the dentist said we would be able to get him crowns. Well in order to do the oral surgery my son had to be put under. Which meant he couldn't eat anything since the afternoon prior. Thank god he was allowed clear liquids after that point. Our appointment was at 10:15 am. We got there at 9:30 am because they suggested that we do so. 10:15 came and passed and it took them almost an hour to bring us into the back. Then we waited another hour before we got seen by the anesthesiologist .during the wait my son a crying hungry 20 month old is asking my wife and i for food. We can't let him eat because it could be dangerous for him but he doesn't understand.  The anesthesiogolist was great and very informative.  But the dental team was not. They didn't even seem to care. I would reccommend this office.

I have an appt today scheduled for 10:45am for my daughter, for her cavaties to be filled. It is now 11:30am and they say I still need to wait about a hour. She is going to be put to sleep so has fasted and has not eaten. I also have another appt for my son at his doctor that I had to reschedule, because they said I can not reschedule for her appt although I did everything on my end its them who is runing a hour to a hour and a half behind. This is ridiculous and the doctor should be more organized. I will never be coming back after today. Worse dentist to choose, I would go elsewhere.
