I called 6 companies before this one.None could get to the site immediately and none understood what a medical chart is. General Documents was my 7th one and I immediately connected with Joel who took my call. He knew what I wanted like a medical professional. He had a team on site in 24 hours and what I thought would take a month was done in 4 days. Joel asked 101 questions but now I understand why, he wanted the job done precisely as I wanted it. I owe him great thanks for helping me retain a valuable client.

Very helpful group of people. Patrick, the project manager picked up our 17 banker boxes of files and returned them in 4 days, all scanned. We loved the quick turnaround. The images are clean and crisp. They made files PDF searchable, how nice! We did not even request that. They did not offer us desktop software to find the documents though. We'll have to use explorer to find them.
