They were really nice and knew what they were talking about. That's the only pro's. They were supposed to amend my previous year's taxes, and re file them correctly. They did not do it, and I still haven't heard back from them over a month later. This is after emailing and calling and leaving voicemails multiple times. Had to go somewhere else to get the job done. Not reliable.
