Good working con ellos good pay

I gave 1 start because I could not do less. I work for an Apartment Complex and this company is Horrible. They do not have any customer service at all. They schedule appointments and then they don't show up. I called the office at Chino location and a receptionist answers which did not knew anything of what she was doing, I ask to speak with owner and she responded that there was nobody to attend my call. Then they put me on hold and another lady picks up my call and tells me im in schedule for today being 4:30pm she then claimed im sorry and put me on hold. The a "supervisor" named "Mark" answered and told me he was a supervisor which he was very disrespectful and fail provide a customer service. He then told me that they had told my account representative (which is out sick) to call us and informed us the same day of service that they cant do the work. I am nobody to judge but if I have an employee out sick why would I ask him/her to work to call their customers. 
I really give this company a low start because they don't deserved it, If I were you don't even try it.
