It took me 30 days to find these guys. Seems no one wants to work on generators. Forget about that big outfit in Renton. I called and told the tech I had a burned valve. He said, "Buy a new generator." Forget it. At Generator Service NW, two brothers with about 10-years experience apiece working for the big name, now work for themselves. I won't spend a lot of my time here. Just wanted to let everyone know they rebuilt my engine, found things wrong I didn't know about, fixed it all in a timely fashion, and charged a fair rate. My commercial rig is my life. They got me on the road after a complete valve job and more. There aren't many repair folks out there, I found. Call these guys to fix your problems. Nice guys too.
