Not all that great, personable until after the surgery. Not all that great of a job. If I'd had it done to look great, instead of for medical comfort relief, I think I'd have sued. He was a surly nasty arrogant ass! I had horrid scars, but they certainly were not "his" fault!!! Had to be mine! Nothing done to relieve the pain or ugliness. I did heal and no longer have awful pain of shoulders or back, but I would never recommend this facility to anyone!

I had a procedure done 4 years ago and he was amazing. Several months ago I went back because I had an old scar open. He was a total JERK! He did not want to be bothered at all with me, and his once great staff who are no longer there, are just as bad. He went from an amazing facility to a hole in the wall office. Something happened here...not sure if he was sued or what, but this is NOT the same Dr Smith of 4 years ago. Since he didn't want to deal with it, I have now developed a staph infection and have had a heck of a time healing. Four years ago I would have sent all of my friends there....not now. Like I said, I don't know what happened, but this doctor has changed. I strongly recommend avoiding him.

I had gone to this man for breast reduction. Instead he took so much tissue out of one breast that i ended having to get breast implants to balance them out. I also lost a nipple and had to get surgery to recreate a bump. The scars this man has left me emotionally are horrible. I used to like my breasts as well as did my husband...now I am left with hard lumps and am very self conscious when anyone hugs me. I am now consulting with another surgeon to correct the originial surgery. Beware he has a great caring persona, but shouldn't be allowed to perform breast reduction surgery. I also met another young lady that has had the same experience. Unlike me she is suing him and has gone to another doctor to correct the deformity.
