The best service and price. Steve the owner was very respectful and kind he made some good suggestions on what my wife would be happy with as far a gift in my price range. When I gave it to he she could not believe I could find such a great gift on my own and we will be going back soon for valentines day. Thank you Genesis for a great experience.

My wife and I went to Genesis Jewelers as the very first stop on our quest to find our wedding rings. Because of the service we received it was our last stop as well since we bought our weeding rings there on the spot. I highly recommend EVERYONE that they go to Genesis Jewelers! Everyone I spoke with there was not only professional, but helpful and funny and personable. They really cared about us and weren't simply looking to make a sale. We got a very good deal and we both love our rings. While we were there I saw this INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL Bulova watch. My wife went back there and bought it and surprised me on my birthday with it. I LOVE IT! They now have two very loyal customers for life. They will be the first place we go whenever we look for any new type of jewelry going forward. Lex - Fishkill, NY

I have been to many jewelry stores in my lifetime and this establishment definitely makes it into the 10 worst, as a matter of fact, IT IS THE WORST. The "Big Guy" who owns the store has a huge ego and treated me, a paying customer, poorly and with much disrespect. On July 19Th, I purchased an expensive watch for my husband for our anniversary. Eight days later I gave him his gift. He was happy, but I knew he was not totally thrilled. I suggested he exchange it for something he really wanted and would enjoy wearing. A day later, we went into the jewelry store to see if there was another watch he liked more. There were two cheaper watches he really liked, but could not make a decision. I tried to negotiate as much as I could to purchase the two watches for in exchange for his expensive watch. I was willing to contribute more money, but not willing to pay ticket price for the cheaper watches. I felt that if I did not pay ticket price for the expensive watch I purchased, then there was room for negotiation for the two cheaper watches. There was no negotiating at all. The owner Steve, had his 16 year old son talking us and would not even consider any suggestions we made. We left and felt very disappointed knowing my husband was not happy. I insisted and explained to my husband to exchange the watch for one , rather then two of the watches and settle for a store credit for the difference. Since leaving the jewelry store that day, we went on vacation and the owner was away too. On August 11Th my husband went in and the owner was still away. My husband was told the owner would was be in next week. I went in on Aug 18Th and was told he own was still not in yet and I had to come back after 2:00pm. Shortly there after, the owner, Steve call me. He told me he would not return nor exchange the watch because it was over the 3 week period. I was shocked, because at no point where we told this would be a issue. We went in twice to exchange the watch prior to that day! I tried to reason with him and explain we were in twice trying to pick out a watch that my husband would be happy with. He accused me trying to tell him how to run his business by telling him was to do. I tried to plea my situation. But nothing I said made a difference. He had made his decision. Then he slammed the phone in my face! His actions only prove him to be unprofessional, unwillingness to work with customers and showed much disrespect. My recommendation is to stay far away. There are so many other pleasurable and welcoming places that will offer better customer service and satisfaction, higher quality and respect when trying to purchase jewelry. No customer should ever be put through the humiliation and treatment that I encountered!
