Christina Russell NP is the best!! She dispenses my medications as well as does my therapy. It is great not having to see a separate psychiatrist during treatment. She explains what the medications are for, side effects and we discuss the treatment plans and goals regularly. I highly recommend her. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

***I went here for a couple years. I have had it with this place. My specialist (Dr. Surapaneni) thought I was someone else during my visit. He said my mom called to excuse my missed appointments, which absolutely never happened.He won't speak with me for more than 15 minute at max (one time shut the door half way through my sentence) but they charge me for 45 minutes. He also never remembered who I really was other than a few notes on a computer. As a person giving someone pills to alter brain chemistry, I think it is important to remember who you are talking to.*** The staff can do a reminder call... Sometimes. They will also sometimes right down the wrong day on the return card, then charge you for the missed day. Had a lot of grief with paying for that and explaining why I was missing so many appointments. Now my therapist I also went to see literally just threw me out like a tissue and refuses to speak with me because of this. How unethical and money hungry. Avoid Dr. surapaneni!! He can barely speak English. He was the one who thought I was actually someone else. I would do research on a drug and then ask him questions about it. he would often get the medication effects and side effects wrong. He never spent more than 10 to 15 minutes max with me. good thing I tested him on this and finally got out of there. I lost a good chunk of my happy life from the medication he gave me. AVOID. James Dearlove is a great therapist. It is just sad he would rather have the money then believe the staff messed up on my appointments. He charged me 45 dollars for not showing up so he still profited off me as he threw me off. I was so upset when I heard he said "do not schedule" on my account.

No place is perfect. I love my psychiatrist, Dr. Nutakki. She's fantastic.

The last Dr I had there was great it was a great place to go. The best Dr. Left Dr Start. I had him for about 25 years and Webbie was great.but something happened about scheduling and the d Dr fired me.

The staff is always helpful and understanding. I see Carol as my therapist and Dr.Nutakki as my psychiatrist. Both are extremely understanding and seem to really want to help me be the best possible version of myself. They insert little suggestions on how to help with my anxiety and depression and they've helped me immensely. I don't know what Jane Doe is talking about, I'm a person of color and I feel right at home here.
