Great customer service. My sons ADHD medication  was mailed to my old address.  The post office was supposed to have forwarded it to my new house but they had a new employee that did not do that.  Monique with Genoa called me this morning and offered to go by my old house to pick up the medication the new tenant left on the front porch for me.  Monique then delivered the medication to me at work.  I truly appreciate her taking the time to help correct the situation. Thank you Monique!!!
