Gentle Ben (It was the owner of the company) came out within 24 hours (for an additional fee). The light switch in our bathroom had stopped working. He said he could fix it for now, we had family coming to visit the next day so we were thrilled he came out & got it working (temporarily). He let us know the fix was only temporary work to give us use of the light in our only bathroom.  Apparently we have aluminum wires, and that's bad. They were only used for a short amount of time in homes (maybe a year) & unfortunately we got a house with this bad type of wiring.  He said he would follow up in a couple weeks & come back & fix it properly, switch out some of the old wiring etc. He made a point to let us know since he worked on the wiring he was responsible for it & as such would be the one coming back to really fix it. Said he was working on a big project, wiring for a large building so he was pretty bust, but we'd definitely hear back since as he said "he's responsible for the work done on that light switch". If our house burns down because he did a temporary fix and never came back or called, that's his fault. Guess they aren't concerned. Because this was August 12th.
