Veronica was my dental hygienist today. She was truly gentle, caring, full of good information and suggestions for how I might take better care of my dental health. I have been going there for years with good results until the last visit. I don't know who the dentist was but he was very rough, did not prescribe pain pills which I found I needed when I got home. Though we talked about a root canal he did not think it was necessary, but it was. I am never going back there.

Very amazing staff, great customer service. i wasn't in a comfortable position and i asked to be re placed. and the hygienist was willing to meet my needs. The caring of the staff made me feel so much better, despite my nerves. Thank you!

I just would like to say I had an excellent experience at this office on Irvington a few months back. The staff that I had help me was amazing. So friendly, and very helpful. Answered all my questions and put me at ease. The young man that assisted the dentist was so sweet. I have to admit I'm a bit older and was hesitant to have a male assistant thinking he would be rough but he was gentle and explained the entire process of the xrays and what the visit would consist of. He really made me feel comfortable and I felt so much better after leaving.I was actually having a rough day and going through a tough time. The assistant asked me if I was ok and I sort of broke down. He was just the sweetest, he held my hand as I explained how I lost my daughter and that day was her birthday. I feel bad I even made him tear up. He listened attentively to me and told me things would be ok. I felt so much better after we talked and of course I felt good after my exam and knowing what exactly I needed done.  I will definitely be going back to this location for all my dental needs.

My hygienist Tova was super nice and took great care of me. I highly recommend this office. The staff is always super friendly and provide great customer service!
