These people work very hard and do the best work. I'm 57, a human pin cushion, not one tooth in my mouth has escaped repairs. At this one office I've had bone implants (awesome) fillings, extractions and crowns. The cute little dentist gal has very strong little fingers and she is more precise than the angry old farts I've been to before. I was a sexist skeptic. Now I believe in women dentists, far superior !

This place is terrible. My son and I have been going there for several years now. It is a revolving door for dentists. They have made numerous mistakes in my billing and I've spent loads of time trying to keep it straight with them. Most recently, a crown they had completed a couple of months prior failed so badly that the tooth needed to be extracted. My insurance company refused to pay for the extraction as the crown work had just been done. Gentle Dental told me they would forgive the cost of the extraction less 200.00. So I paid the 200. My insurance company has since told me that I should never have paid. Mean time, I had a second crown that was in progress when this emergency situation with the old crown occurred. When I went in to schedule the completion of the new work, they informed me that they had taken the 50% I had paid down on the latest crown and applied it to the bill relating to the extraction. They simply lied, stole my money and I'm left with a temporary crown in my mouth. These people are incompetent, dishonest and will not hesitate for a moment to steal you blind. They are the worst ever!

2nd Worst experience ever, excruciating pain lingered for two weeks after extraction, went back after 6 days, there was a piece of bone or tooth in gum still, stuff got under stitches, bad swelling. Horrible pain. I begged for pain killers, and was given 5-535 (basically aspirin with hydrocodone) 2 day supply... that was after 6 days in severe pain... And was given a two day supply of mild pain killer. Really ! Two weeks later I'm looking for another dentist. Bad omen..., while drilling and chipping, and drilling and chipping, the Dr says (are you okay, sorry its taking so long). I'm a grown 55 year old man, I haven't cried since my moms died 11 years ago. That is until I went here anyway. My jaw hurts really bad too, after pulling and pulling and pulling, unable to dislodge the tooth, I began holding my jaw with both hands because it felt like it literally was breaking. Then the Dentist said... Oh would you like something to bite down on with the other side of you mouth. Great idea, could you have told me 20 minutes earlier before you cracked my jaw bone. Vlad the impeller would have been more gentle. The name is misleading, I went there because the name "Gentle Dental" seems to imply a sensitivity to fears of a painful experience.
