Excellent service & a friendly staff goes a long way. Although both of my appointments were 20-30 minutes late, these thing will happen. The staff is precise and efficient. I recently had a root canal and experienced ZERO discomfort. If you have been avoiding the dentist, I highly recommend you give Gentle Dental in Saugus a go. You will not regret it, don't wait. I have had such a great experience with Gentle Dental/ Saugus. The receptionist Mary was so friendly and explained all the details of my treatment prior to my arrival. Her professionalism and knowledge was very refreshing. Doctor F. was amazing at well. He answered all my questions and I felt so comfortable. His passion for what he does, and his attention to detail is remarkable. I have already told family members and friends about my wonderful experience with Gentle Dental/ Saugus!

My experience has been great!!!! Han has been absolutely wonderful and assuring!!! I can't say enough about the Dentist and the staff as well. I will continue my visits there.

I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years related to fear. Joanne, the office manager was so kind as was Mary and Lorena from the front desk. It gave me a good first impression on the place. Annie the dental assistant was very patient with me in regards to my fear. Dr. P is by far the best dentist. She was very calm. She did not seem like she was in a rush and took the time to make the best dental plan for me. She was very gentle and attentive to my anxiety of the dentist and made me feel very comfortable. This office truly lives up to its name GENTLE dental!

This office is great. I had a serious issue that occurred on a Sunday when all Dentists are normally closed. I left a message for Dr Anna Pietrantoni. She got back to me within 20 minutes on a SUNDAY. This level of service is highly uncommon in the Dentistry field. Upon arriving at the office I found their entire team to be friendly and professional from the receptionist to the Doctor. I would recommend Dr Anna Pietrantoni to anyone as a highly regarded professional for anyone that needs a new Dentist. She was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Like many people, I'm uncomfortable with going to the dentist. She makes it easy. This is the Dentist that you want and need.
