I have had a very positive experience with Gentle Dental. Their dental hygienists have been terrific -- some of the best I have ever had. They were smart, personable and gave me some helpful advice about my teeth. Dr. Trivedi, my dentist is great. Everything she recommended was backed up by my Navy dentist when I was deployed. The only issue I have had was when the office booked two cleaning appointments within a 6 month window. I had to pay for one of those out of pocket. Other than that, I would recommend this office to someone seeking a new dentist.

Terrible experience with my teeth! They messed them up, paid 2k for them to be fixed by a real dentist... took 6 months to get my money refunded... now, they sent me to collections for my kids appts- in 11/16 which they never billed me... sent me a letter this month that I'd be going to collections! Bill my insurance people! They said they called my insurance company and I didn't have any. BS! My insurance was valid and they NEVER called my insurance company. Unprofessional, rude, terrible at their jobs. This place should be shut down for terrible business practices! If I could give them a zero or negative stars, I would.

Friendly, but the last day I went they seemed to have corporate there or something, and the Dr. couldn't be bothered to file my filling down to the correct height. I also had to deal with a young douche of an assistant who didn't know what he was doing. Perhaps it's because the Dr. was too busy babysitting that he couldn't help me more. Now I have pain and I didn't before I went in.

The doctors seem okay, but the front office staff and the dental assistants are terrible. Other than the dentist, I have never seen the same person twice. The dental assistants never seem to know where anything is, what tools are required or anything about the procedures they are assisting with. The first few times I thought maybe they were new and nervous, but each time this office continues to be sloppy, unprofessional and unprepared.

Office provides incorrect information on what is covered vs not-covered by insurance in order to upsell non essential additional services, which patients have to then pay out of their pocket. Examples are Floride application, mandatory deep cleaning and most deep cleaning maintenance etc. Not recommended.
