My first Google review ever as I don't like to complain and normally don't, but.... I had two fillings today which took an hour.  The staff was wonderful with a very nice bedside manner. The office is beautiful and roomy. Although this dentist was very nice, polite, professional and kind, he was also very rough and yanked at my mouth. I was in the same position for so long that when asked to move my head I could barely lift my head off the chair or move. My head was throbbing so much that I had to stop him and take a break and some Tylenol. I was in tears and the assistance was very helpful and compassionate. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had.  I usually go to the Plymouth office with Dr. Sims and I have had wonderful experiences there... I miss him terribly. I will stick with the Plymouth office and not go back to Wayzata.

Front desk staff is great, but the dentist I had there was awful.  Went in for an emergency crown and didn’t even finish the job. Was very impatient. When I told him I had a concern due to an autoimmune issue, he wouldn’t even let me finish talking. Instead, he grabbed my lip and opened my mouth and said he wasn’t concerned.  When he was smoothing it down, he asked me twice if my bite was good. The 2nd time I told him it was better but still not even.  He looked and said it was fine.  Guess what? It’s not and now is very uncomfortable when I eat.  Once he said it was fine he got up to go talk with his pharmacist rep,  and left his assistant to finish.  Don’t waste your time going here. I will never go back.

I love taking the kids here! Our last visit our 8 year old had two cavities. She was completely unaware that she had received any shots. 
Also they don’t try and get your money their honest about the work and cost upfront and let you know if the work is worth it! Love them!

Even though the Wayzata clinic is far from our home. I continue to bring my 72 year mother to see Dr. Alb. Mom loves the staff and Dr. Alb has made it possible for her to eat and smile again! Thanks you!

Absolutely appalling. Came in to have a crown on an implant tightened, Dr. Alb proceeded to accidentally break the crown into pieces.  After this happened, Dr. Alb repeatedly said said things like "Uh oh, I don't know what to do now." "I don't know if I can fix this." "What am I going to do?" As someone who ALREADY has high levels of dental anxiety, this had me in a panic. I was in tears and white-knuckled through the rest of Dr. Alb's attempts to fix the problems he had created. I came in to have a screw tightened, now I had no front tooth and this doctor didn't seem to have any clue what to do about it. I had to put a foot down and tell them "I am not leaving without a front tooth. I am a server- my face means my ability to WORK. So figure something out." I was told in a garbled series of half-conversations with various individuals that they didn't even HAVE the materials to fix it. Something had to be ordered? (though no plan ever seemed to be made TO order the parts.) I WAS GIVEN NO TIME LINE ON REPAIRS OR ANY PLAN OF ACTION AT ALL. Dr. Alb himself ran off and wouldn't even explain to be what had happened exactly. I was left to be dealt with by the Office Manager who also told me she "really didn't understand what had happened." I was shooed out of the office IN TEARS and being told it would cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Frankly, I'm still STUNNED by the office's lack of organization and Dr. Alb's appalling bedside manor. This is without doubt the absolute worst dental experience I have ever had.
