My issue is not with the truck driver, the driver did an excellent job. Gentle touch on the other hand has not done their job, they have not met up to what they advertise. My car was damaged during transport, a punctured fuel filter a measly $145 service job and gentle touch will not return my calls, their insurance will not follow up with the claim because they were instructed to drop it by Scott at Gentle Touch. I had sent over pictures and a detailed email of the damages as Scott requested and now they are not returning my calls. In my opinion NEVER do business with Gentle Touch Auto Transport they are DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE!
