Best. Dentist. Ever. They are all so kind and caring at this dental office. I used to hate the dentist and now I don’t! I try to send everyone I know here. If you have any fear of the dentist whatsoever they will work with you every step of the way. And their invisalign services are great as well! All around a great place/the best dental practice in the Plattsburgh area. Highly recommended!!

Every member of Gentle Touch Family Dentistry makes a BIG difference. From the minute you walk in the door, they each provide a welcome, friendly, focused and caring environment. They listen to you, and connect with you. They don't miss a thing that matters to you. We're a family of four, and it is important to us that our kids don't fear the dentist. Our kids LOVE going to GTFD! From telling Stevie and Holley their life stories, to opening wide for cleanings, and occasional fillings with Dr. Mohajer, both kids have the best possible experience...and that carries over into their attitude for daily oral care at home. We've both had some overdue repairs, like major filing replacements (save the tooth), and we couldn't be happier. Neither of us care for needles, but that's not an issue here! Dr. Szmigiel listens, engages and is laser focused on making sure you're informed, aware of your options, and fixed right the first time. Bottom line: Extreemely professional business...and everyone at Gentle Touch Family Dentistry pays attention, cares, and makes you feel like you're in the right place and being cared for properly.

Went in today to have my teeth whitened with Sarah, my teeth look absolutely beautiful!! If you’re looking for the best, this is the place to go! I wish I could give 10 stars because the ladies deserve it:)

Cost me thousands to fix their mistakes after my cosmetic dental work. My temporary veneers fell off daily for over a month on my front teeth whole the final veneers were being made. I literally resorted to super gluing them on because every time I went to the office to get them put back on they would fall off within a day. Within a few months the veneers shifted and my front teeth were crooked. I always had straight top teeth and never had braces on the top. Her reason..teeth shift as we age. LOL but not within a few months obviously. I don't believe it was coincidental that they shifted right after getting veneers. I believe the real problem was the fact that the bite was not correct. Her solution... to get Invisalign and pay her thousands more. I had already paid over $5,000 for the veneers. I declined her offer to buy Invisalign from her due to the fact that I shouldn't have had to pay to fix what should have been guaranteed. I figured if I was going to spend the money to fix their mistake I would do it with an actual orthodontist. My teeth look great now thanks to my awesome orthodontist.
