This doctors office has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The lady's behind the desk will make you feel so uncomfortable and like you're really inconveniencing them before you even give them your name and what you're there for. They're especially rude over the phone. If I didn't love Katrina as my doctor I would never step foot back in this place and to be honest, the customer service is almost not worth dealing with. The waits can be incredibly long but that could also be because the doctors here take their time with patients which I appreciate. They just need a totally new staff or someone to put their staff in check. Or to have some quality customer service training, I'm not really sure why they have to be so hateful but something has got to give!
