The ice cream here was great! The kids had a blast. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. They had some pretty solid choices for ice cream and the peanut butter Oreo I had was great. I really liked the homemade waffle cone. I would stop here again if we are passing through the area again.
We wanted to eat huckleberry ice cream and decided to visit ‘Genuine’ given its reviews and ratings. When we reached there after dinner, the line was outside on the street. It’s a cute little ice cream shop with a modern and fun decor. They gave some high stools seating looking out. We chose to eat our ice cream sitting there. Loved it
A really cool little local spot! The inside was ‘cute’ for lack of a better term. Really clean, well organized and just a cool place to be in. The young man who served us was extremely pleasant and gave the type of customer service you’d dream of! And from a management standpoint, he wanted to make sure every penny of our order was correctly paid for and he didn’t give a cent away- haha. For example, wanted to refund and re-enter my order from scratch when he realized they were out of brownies and he couldn’t give me a brownie sundae Kudos to Genuine for this young man visited around 2:00pm on Tuesday 19 APR 2022 I was bummed that they were out of brownies so I couldn’t get the brownie sundae but instead I got the an ice cream sandwich with a small scoop of blackberry brownie on top and it was phenomenal. Absolutely delicious ice cream and an overall great experience. Go here!
3.5 stars. Scoop sizes were small. Flavors were good but nothing that blew our taste buds away. Employees were fast. Place was clean.
If you want some of the best ice cream you’ve ever had aside from authentic Gelato from Italy, you’ll definitely want to go to this place!!!!! They had tons of flavors to choose from! The ice cream was so creamy. The homemade waffle cones had the perfect amount of softness with crunch. The entire dessert just melted in our mouths! The waffle cone comes with two scoops where you can get two different flavors. I had cookie butter toffee crunch and orange creamsicle. Both flavors were even better than imagined. My husband had snickerdoodle and cookie butter toffee crunch. His were just as delicious! There was only one employee so the line stacked up quickly but she was super friendly, quick, and efficient at her job. She didn’t let the line of people out the door affect her quality of service at all. The prices were very reasonable for a homemade waffle cone with 2 scoops of ice cream. There logo of a cow was so cute that I ended up getting a T-shirt too. This was a phenomenal experience on my husband and my last night visiting Bozeman! Highly recommended. I can’t say enough good things about it!!
Local Favorite Some of the best locally made ice cream in Bozeman! Wide selection and new flavors are always on rotation which make each visit new and unique. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is always top notch. The shop is small, so it gets rather crowded in the evenings. Highly recommend if you need a quick treat or just want to try a local favorite!
Here’s the secret to finding great ice cream - look for the flavors, specifically cardamom or ginger. Tough to find we found cardamom only once before in Manhattan, but when you do, you know you’re in for a treat and not just getting the same old flavors. These guys had cardamom, outstanding taste. Strongly recommend all of their ice cream.
There aren’t enough stars to give this place. Hands down best ice cream I’ve ever had. Ever. In the world. They have the regular menu flavors but often rotate new ones. My favorite have been the brown butter pecan and the butterfinger. #drooling
It was our first visit and definitely not our last. The ice cream is so delicious. The service was amazing - the workers knew a lot about the product . I can see why they are voted BEAT ICE CREAM!
So many flavors! So good! They even have a gluten free cone, and a dairy free sorbet that our daughter was able to enjoy! The atmosphere was fun. The scoops look small, but when we were finished it was more than enough ice cream! Two scoops were plenty! The unique flavors were so good! I especially liked the London Fog flavor which I had never had before.
