I contacted michael to move me from a large two bedroom condo into a fourth floor walkup downtown.  He and his team did all the packing, loading and unloading plus removed the 70" tv and bracket. I was super stressed about moving since I needed to close on my new condo and then head out of town for work. Michael remained calm and his crew showed up on time and spent the whole day packing before loading the moving truck and then unloading in my new condo.  His communication was excellent and allowed me to leave for work as usual and come home the next day to my new condo with all my stuff neatly labeled and expertly wrapped.  Not one single thing was damaged or misplaced - these guys are true experts. Michael also called the next day to check in and to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted.  My one mistake was not having these guys unpack for me! I can't believe I have this much stuff.  Thanks again, Michael, you guys are real pros and the price was extremely reasonable and well worth it.

I highly recommend Genuine Movers. Professional movers that are highly efficient and treat your items better than you would. Outstanding customer service with fair pricing and work was completed ahead of schedule.

I’ll start with, moving is no fun, it’s stressful and generally an awful experience. With that out of the way, the guys at Genuine know how it’s supposed to be done and did everything possible to minimize the level of awfulness.

We moved from our apartment in Melrose to our new home in Westford. The guys that arrived were pros, everything was boxed up, wrapped up and moved carefully. No one stood around, hesitated or second guessed how our giant monstrosity of a couch would fit through the narrow staircase. Ohh… and our queen sized bed went out and off the balcony – let’s just say that was much quicker than when it originally arrived.

They made quick work of getting everything into hour home and made sure everything went exactly where we wanted it first time around, re-assembled everything and made it seem like we weren’t sleeping in boxes for our first night.

Long story short, they arrived on time, worked quickly, brought along plenty of extra boxes, had power tools, asked all the right questions and never made me want to cringe at how something was done. The estimate was spot on and there were exactly zero issues at the end
