If you are in a hurry this place isn't for you. I'd recommend looking at their menu before hand that way when you get there you are ready to order. The scones and other breakfast items fly off the shelf quick, be ready to miss out on a scone if you wake up late in the day.my experience was like a rollercoaster, started out on a positive note, then we got our order messed up and the waitress made me feel like I did something wrong when the item that was served wasn't what I ordered, but in the end made it right by giving us a pastry on the house to make up for that. Now for the food, it was delicious we tried the berry french toast and the shrimp grits. Both items were portioned well and were delicious. The French toast was thick and the berry flavours were the way I like it. The grits was absolutely delicious the flavours were blended well and the spices made it even better. I'd recommend the grits for sure. The coffee was delicious and just looked delicious.

Jordan, the baker, is amazing. She did the cake for my wedding and it was delicious. Jordan listened to all my requests and I was impressed from the cake tasting alone. The desserts and bakery items at the restaurant are also delicious. I'm looking forward to trying George for brunch (I've only had the Kale Caesar for lunch so far).

My visit to George was pleasant and positive. The wait staff was nice, the establishment was clean and welcoming and the food was fair but yet I still feel like something was mising. Despite the food looking very instagram worthy, there was a lack of flavor that cant be ignored. The coffee was fantastic and the highlight of my visit. I will be stopping by again too see if my opinion changes. Truthfully yours - The Pen and Plate

I recently went to George's for my birthday and had a great time. Although they were out of my favorite champagne they had another one which I enjoyed. We didn't get there until after 1pm but were greeted by the lovely hostesses who shared my affection for chocolate and were very helpful in pointing out some of their favs. What fun! I got the chicken salad, my friend's mother recommended it, and it was divine. We sat near the windows up front so I could look out the windows at the cute dogs on the patio. Pricing is affordable with tasty food. a cheerful staff and patrons. Cheers y'all!

Fantastic addition to Pensacola. The food is superb. Love the pastries and desserts! Great atmosphere for business lunch or girls brunch.
