Since 1988, George Davis, Inc. has been a Design, Build and Renovation Firm offering complete home remodeling, design and carpentry services on Cape Cod.

Whether adding to or renovating your existing home our wide range of building talents includes kitchens and bathrooms, master suites, accessible space, 2nd floor expansions, sunrooms and decks, garages and more. We fully coordinate your job from beginning to end, overseeing all the vendors needed to complete your project- from the plumbers and electricians, to the plastering and painting. We aren’t finished until every last detail is complete and to your satisfaction.

The transformation of our small Cape Cod retreat is amazing. We now have the most beautiful house on our street, replacing an old, tired looking house and could not be happier, We knew we were in the right hands even before embarking on this project with George Davis, as we were able to witness first-hand renovations he completed to a neighbor's house. We originally thought about adding a 3-season room to our "summer" house and at George's suggestion, ended up with an addition that will be used all year in our "retirement" home. To begin the process we needed survey and legal services and with George's recommendations we worked with extremely professional and knowledgeable people, who got their jobs done efficiently and effectively. Once the project was underway, the communication was open and, thankfully, without any surprises. Along the way we asked for some modifications to things we had not thought about and these did not present any issues for George and his staff. Paula was fantastic keeping us informed and not living at the Cape we especially enjoyed the progress photos. Quality and honesty are lacking in so many businesses today, not so with George Davis. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and enjoying our new space.

Installed 26 custom windows in our antique renovated house. Painted all ext and int. George's crew are highly professional, always on time, comminicate, no cost overages. Best I've ever worked with.

From the time we began to work with the team at George Davis, we felt that they cared as much about the full renovation of our home-away-from-home as we did. Instead of telling us what we should do, they listened to our hopes and dreams for a project that would embrace the original features of our mid-century Cape cottage and bring it gently into the 21st century. Working creatively within our budget while maintaining a firm commitment to craftsmanship and design, they taught us how to attain our dream. As the plan became a reality, they encouraged our feedback and reacted flexibly to new challenges and ideas. And when the project was complete – on time and on budget – we experienced the full extent of their commitment. With patience and professionalism, they answered our questions and provided follow-up on the smallest details, as if our home were their home too. The service and craftsmanship from George Davis was excellent. The design assistance we received from Deb was spot on and continued throughout the job. Anytime I had a question, the team responded quickly and efficiently. The crew was respectful of my home, did great work and kept to the schedule. The crew chief was amazing. She coordinated the activities and followed up on the permitting. We are very very happy with the bathroom renovation and would highly recommend George Davis.

I have been an employee here at George Davis, Inc. for 11 years now and I love coming to work everyday and am proud of the quality of work we do. To me we are the BEST on the cape! They redid my kitchen and bath and it looks amazing.
