Was wanting to get insurance for my car when i called the lady said let me have ur name and number and i will call u right back. I waited and no call back ill just take my money somewhere else

Before George Gandy moved to 10th street in Alamogordo, the customer service was outstanding.  Now that they are in a bigger building with more staff they are very short on the phone.  In the store they have lost the personal touch they used to have.
