Me and my husband tried to use George as our lawyer and we went in for a consultation. Which mind you was with a secretary. We then were asked to gather paperwork and we paid $870 to the office that same day. Now fast forward to the present. It's been a few months and we were still working on paperwork and I just had a baby so we have been busy. In that time we never turned in anything to George or his secretary. What's even greater is the fact I've never seen nor heard George. We asked for our money back and the woman on the phone told us she would have George call us. He never did..... Then I called back and his secretary was very rude and unprofessional! Then finally after damn near argument they said they would mail us a check and wouldn't let us pick it up.... No services were rendered at all and I kid you not they sent us a check for $650 what the heck. We lost money for what? Seriously. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association and better business bureau

Not only did Mr. Hoselton help guide me through the process step by step, he was also more than happy to explain any and all questions I had for him. He was kind, patient and very courteous. He filed my case the same day. I am completely impressed with his services and would HIGHLY recommend his office. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

I highly recommend George Hoselton. He helped me with my bankruptcy in a timely manner.  Years later when the bankruptcy file needed to be reopened he was there for me once again.  He was very thorough and professional.  I would recommend George Hoselton Attorney at Law to anyone that needed help with a bankruptcy.

I found George Hoselton Attorney at Law to be informative, helpful and very professional. Mr. Hoselton guided me in my bankruptcy and then represented me in the process.
