I have never dealt with people as rude as the ones that work at this florist (I use that term loosely).  They can't even handle looking up an order and try to rush you off the phone.  The only reason I'm calling you people is b/c you can't do your jobs.  I paid you up front and then you fail on your end---and I'm supposed to let that ride?  I've dealt with pot heads at the Dollar Tree who had better sense than the short bus riders this place hires.  Where do you hire from?  the bus depot?  I hope you go out of business.  You deserve it

After reading quite a few different reviews about this florist, I decided to go ahead and try them for myself. I looked them up last night and placed my order as a last minute birthday gift for my mom. (Her birthday is today). While placing my order I noted in the special instructions that I would prefer they be delivered to her workplace by 12 p.m if at all possible. This morning I received a delivery confirmation email at 11:42 saying the flowers had been successfully delivered and shortly after received a thank you text from my mom. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the prompt service offered from this florist and with the quality of the flowers. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible company. My husband placed his order days in advance and sadly they were NEVER delivered. Anytime he tried to call it was busy, he was hung up on, or was placed on hold only to have the call disconnected about 2-3 minutes later. We both 100% understand that Valentine’s Day is busy and that things happen, but communicate with your customers who are trying to do something sweet for someone else. We WILL absolutely NEVER order from here again. I strongly advised others to NEVER order from here either.

Terrible.  Order from anyone else other than this place.  I wouldn't trust them to deliver an order of flowers to someone if that person was NEXT DOOR to the florist.  The people that answer the phones have the customer service skills of a bag of feces.  Worst attitudes I have heard in a long time.  I know of stoned pizza delivery drivers who care more about taking care of their customers than the employees here.  I've been hung up on, spoken to like I am annoying them, put on hold forever with no warning, etc etc.  I would like to think GW florist will get it together but I can state  without hesitation that I won't be sticking around to find out.  You guys just lost a customer, so congratulations.  Keep this up and you are gonna lose a lot more.

Beautiful flowers, horrible service. I know Valentine's Day is a busy one, but that's when you man up, hire extra people and get the job done. The dozen red roses I ordered in advance weren't delivered until late in the afternoon. And my wife's office is very close to the flower shop. When I called to inquire about the tardiness I was given a smug reply that they are only guaranteed by 5pm. So, I hereby guarantee that I will not call them again. I knew George Walker personally and he would have been mortified at their attitude.
