Nice place to hang around for nature lover. The scenic beauty makes you so fresh. You can do lots of of outdoor activity here. Great place for boating. We do our family picnic beside the river(You can find the great video on my YouTube channel, named 'T2's EpicTravel' ). Here you can observe Bald Eagles too.

The land of parking lot and pottapotty.

It's nice because it's on the water but it really has no amenities other than one barbecue Pavilion. There are quite a few picnic tables and much ample parking, but there are no indoor bathrooms. No playground or activity for the kids.

There is a boat launch open to the public for a small fee.

If you want to sped really good time with nature and loved ones with you then this is place for you

A very scenic and peaceful place to view the Hudson River and surrounding area. There is no fee to enter in the off season and the trails are less crowded.  Many tables and some cooking grills are available as is a porta-potty restroom. Some friendly dog walkers as well as a few bird watchers.  Well maintained grounds lead to a boat launch at the end of the road.  A very nice place for a family to enjoy the outdoors.
