I called to speak with someone about doing some commercial work to our church building and the receptionist was rude and cut me off before transferring my call to the estimator without hearing me out. Then the estimator answered the call by saying "who is this"! I replied by saying "hello, how are you"? Once again he said "Who is this"? I guess proper salutations are out of style!!!! Because of my (unecessary) greeting, the estimator hung the phone up on me. I know everyone has bad days, but from a consumer's view point both of those were horrible representations of a company that I've heard about for so long!!! I guess we'll have to establish business relations elsewhere.
