Did not go here in person but was transferred to a representative on the phone and was personally rude and incoherent of knowledge. I understand it's a DMV but jeez, at least teach your employees who think people are a bother what the 6 point program is. First impressions always make the difference, not for this place though

I have honestly, to this point, never had a bad experience there. The people are friendly and the waiting area is spacious. There is a wait for inspection occasionally but that is just a matter of timing. Compared to what I experienced in NY, this DMV is a dream.

Very fast moving lines and even on Wednesday it took me only one hour to change DL from other state and inspect my car. The best to come before 5 pm, if a Wednesday is the only day you can make it there.

Not sure why others complain (sounds like people not having the right paperwork), I've had dealings with Georgetown DMV on three different cars and always found them quick and professional. I don't think I have ever been there more than 20 minutes.

Tried to get a license transferred from PA and they refused to print a W2 that I had readily available in an email. There was a printer right next to the teller and he told me that he couldn't help me out. Great service, welcome to Delaware!
