Excellent service and very clean and efficient. Clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sometimes they can be fast and efficient but for the most part they can be very rude like they're waiting for you to start a problem. I went for a renewal and a lady talked to me like I was ignorant when I misunderstood a question and just reacted very harshly with her tone which kind of stunned me and made me confused and fueled her even more, and I came in as polite and as patient as can be. I can deal with plain people that lack good customer service, which I know dealing with a lot of people of all sorts all day can make you a zombie, but she was unnecessarily rude with her hostile tone. I'll make the drive to Dalton, no problem!

Its sad when your trying to call them to reschedule a drivers licens test and they wont pick up the phone i mean they got to here it ring.

absolutely worst dmv ever :) took me 4 times to get my license and they still wouldn't give it to me. they wouldn't even give me a road test because of they told us the wrong things to do every single time. do not recommend.
