It was very awful! The woman at the counter was absolutely very rude and she kept rolling her eyes at me. Did not seem any bit friendly what so ever! She kept nodding her head and just had an awful attitude with me, all because I was asking a few questions. Worst experience with any DDS I've ever been to.

From my experience with having foster kids and working with other young adults who did not always have the correct paperwork, the staff bent over backwards to try and help us get what we needed. The staff demonstrated patience and a lot of courage while giving the driver's test to one of my kids. With another child, we did not have a birth certificate, the staff actually helped us find the problem in the state's computer system so we could get a birth certificate after his adoption. The staff is professional, patient, and courteous. Wait times when I have been there have been short, so the visit was quick. A much better experience than any of the other DMVs in the Northwest Georgia Area.

Calling them isn't as good as going up there. they   helped me get my license and let me know all the paperwork I needed ahead of time as well as scheduled me my driving test in the same day!
