Flowers were ordered and delivered to the funeral home for our loved one. After the service, the sympathy fireside funeral basket and flowers were supposed to go home with the widow. Instead, GA Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery staff turned the basket on its side and carelessly dumped the flowers on the grave without asking our permission. They showed no consideration for family members and relatives who spent time and money picking out the right arrangement to honor the deceased.

We have already had problems with them and i am experiencing problems again this time trying to bury my mom. Stay away if not GOOD LUCK...

Took my parents there to talk about transferring their arrangements from out of state, since they had already purchased their plots here. The person they were to meet with wasn't there and apparently hadn't informed anyone of the appointment. It took an additional 20 mins from when we got there to actually get into the conversation with someone. Right off the bat we were told they couldn't guarantee the same prices for what was purchased at the other home, since the other wasn't part of their network. We felt quite a bit of pressure to make a decision that day, which would have cost lots more money. The original funeral home out of state ended up referrals to a locally owned home, not corporate, and couldn't believe this provider wouldn't do more to match the original package price. Pricing for burial services also included items not required in Georgia, but we're presented as if no choice.

NO PokemonGo! I spoke with staff over the phone, who very respectfully advised policy is to not allow people on property to play PokemonGo. This may be obvious, but I wanted to post here as a notice to players of this policy.
