Office staff great and received appointment quickly. The treatment plan was of no use and I was unable to make another appointment ( told to give the medication longer to work ). The infection became worse and ended up in a walk in clinic. The referral to. a specialist was never made and my phone call to this office with questions was never returned.

Needed perscription filled after appointment for Dramamine for a cruise. Had appointment Monday 8:30 was told the scrip would be called in immediately. By 3 pm nothing called into pharmacy. Called the office was assured the scrip would be called in immediately. 8pm nothing. Next morning called at 9:00. Again assured the perscrip would be called in immediately. By 1 o'clock nothing. Finally called again and treated like it was my fault they hadn't done their job. Sitting now at the pharmacy packed ready to depart for port on hold for 20 min and still can't get these folks to get this simple perscription called in. If they can't handle a simple perscription for Dramamine what else can they not do. Steer clear folks.
