Dirt and gravel site with pothole along edge. Weeds and old run down RV's. Used to be  KOA but couldn't maintain standards. OK for one night.

My husband and my two dogs stayed there for two nights.  The staff was very nice, but the facility was not.  I was excited because they advertised their internet was good.  When we registered the internet was not working  They said that the cable guy lived there and he couldn't get it working.  I basically was a dump.

Had a reservation for 2 nights in June 2016 for 2 adults and 2 grandchildren.  Park was somewhat run down, but it was the only RV Park in Commerce, Ga.  When we pulled into our site, my grandson and I got out of the truck to direct my husband in.  The site was grown-up and unkept.  We immediately smelled an odor of sewage and after checking the site we located a substantial area of "RAW SEWAGE".  We got back in the truck and went to a hotel.  The rate was $25 per night with a sign that stated "NO REFUNDS".  We paid $50 at check in, but since No Refunds we just left.  This trip was our first introduction to camping and only our second night.   What a beginning to a great vacation from Florida to Pigeon Forge, TN.

Kind of run down and dirty. Nice pool, and the lady at the counter was really nice. The guy at the counter needs some personality. Mostly full timers. I would not stay here again.
