Absolutely wonderful. The owner even stopped by my table to welcome me into her establishment. Fried chicken is exquisite. Melts in your mouth. Collard greens are excellent. Mac n cheese is great as well. Complimentary corn bread given. More than enough food and spent less than $13 on great quality southern comfort food. 5 stars. I will return.

Counter staff are extremely sweet. I came up after closing for a refill and the lady put the Dr. Pepper machine back together and gave me a refill with a smile (rather than the normal eye roll or scoff I'd get elsewhere). The garlic fries were perfectly potent. The spicey crispy chicken sandwich was bland with some sauce that over powered everything else. The bust boy was awkward and slammed the trash can. Just generally unaware of atmosphere and how he was ruining it.

Omg this place is good!  Huge food quantities with awesome quality. I’d come back any day of the week!  A must try.

Food was great. The best part was the sweet young lady who owns the place came and talked to everyone. That gave it that special touch for me.

I ordered the Chicken & Waffles today for lunch. The chicken was very dark (almost blackish-gray). There is no way the chicken was made to order; not fresh at all. The waffle was soggy. One word about this plate: DISGUSTING. Waste of $15.
