There is a major problem trying to communicate with Georgia Urology.   

The phones are automated with no ability to easily talk with a person.  It is very difficult to talk with an actual person.

When calling, you must manuver several prompts which do not clearly list a healthcare professional.  Once you are able to identify a contact (no automated assistance), the voicemail is usually full.

Additionally, you cannot leave an after hours message.  There is also no method that is provided to electronically communicate with the practise.  

Pharmacies have experienced the same issues attempting to communicate with Georgia Urology.  I cannot continue as a patient with a practise that is basically unavailable!

These reviews are accurate. In addition they're a bunch of crooks. I went and Dr Haber ordered a bunch of tests on a blood sample that he never asked me about, nor did he or his staff get pre-authorization from my insurance company for. The hospital billing (which his office uses) billed my insurance company around $300, when my insurance company refused the charges, they billed me almost $1000. I offered to pay the amount they billed my insurance company but they told me that they would not accept that amount. Now Dr Haber refuses to see me again since his billing department is trying to extort an additional $700 dollars from me for unnecessary blood tests. Bunch of crooks, stay away.

Next to impossible to get a human to answer a call, even if they ask you to call back. Horrible
Communicators when they do call. They mumble and talk so fast there is no way you can understand them without asking them to repeat. Their facilities are amazingly huge and well appointed, but I am not a patient looking for "fancy place". I would so much appreciate better staff communicators that show at least a little caring attitude.

This place is horrible the won't answer the phone. I sat on hold for 20 mins 3 different times to schedule an apt.

If you want to get through to anyone on the phone with a basic question, you are out of luck.  The Cumming facility does not answer the phone and most of the time will not call you back when you leave a message.  The staff there is pathetic at best with regards to customer service.  Because of this issue that has happened over 15 times this facility is very poorly ran in my opinion.
