I had a leak in my bathroom and Gerard Plumbing & Heating Inc sent a technician Philip immediately. Philip identified the cause quickly  and the problem has been resolved to our satisfaction. Philip was extremely good and a pleasant person to deal with. I would strongly recommend this company and Philip in particular.

Can you go lower than 1 star?  They had to snake a drain in my finished basement, which they did.  Except they didn't cover any of the furniture or kids toys.  By the time they were finished they had spattered everything with human waste and garbage from the drain.  To top it off, they never responded to my complaint letter.  Get someone else to do your work.

The whole staff is very professional and polite! I’ve always had a great experience with them. Highly recommend for all of your heating and plumbing needs!
