At first they were a bit sketchy, they came in. Unclothed my toilet but in doing so, the waste came down through my downstairs hallway which I informed them it would do so I called the receptionist who was very nice and she said we have to go through the process and promised they would come in and clean up any debris that was left. So, I took a deep breath and relaxes. After that they told me that was all they could but they said I needed a new ring to keep my toilet anchored in properly so I said I have cash, please go ahead and fix that. All in in all though they did a great job and were very polite to me by the end. They unclogged my toilet, allowed me to access my shower and get hot showers and they lit the pilot on my furnace so my heat would be on in my huge older home. I felt so glad after they came in with clean white towels, cleaned the mess and were on the way. I would recommend Gerard Plumbing to anyone. They are true professionals and get the job done right. I give them kudos and I am happy to have them in my area. Thanks also to St. Vincent De Paul's for helping me with the issue. I am forever grateful to their guys so literally came to my home several times and talked ro me and really cared about me as a person. Both Gerard Plumbing and St. Vincent's out of St. James Church in Sewickley are top notch!
