Called this company out because they are only one of two companies allowed to shut off water in the complex. Took around 3 hours to complete the job. Ending result two different valves sticking, valves sticking out way too far my plumber looked at the work, and uneven sticking out from the wall. I called the company to report issues and to unclog the kitchen sink. The sink should have been unclogged when they installed the garbage disposal and they didn’t use all of the new parts..took a part with them This was additional time spent in my unit. The owner came out and said, the valves do not stick out too far, are not uneven and two different valves are fine. I showed my plumber pictures of the work and he pointed out the issues before I shared them with him. This is the shabbiest work that I’ve ever had done by a plumber. I gave 2 stars because the valves work, but it doesn’t look professional. This cost me $890.00. I will be reporting to the association. I would not recommend this company.

Bottom line, I trust nobody else for my plumbing needs. Been using Mark and his crew since my first home in West LA back in 1998, and ONLY use them since moving to the South Bay in 2003. I refer them to everyone and know that they are trustworthy, experienced and will not try to upsell me on services I don't need. Nice to not worry that I'll get overcharged and that service will be done the right way!

Gerhard Weise has wonderful plumbers. They offer excellent and caring service. They are honest and efficient. A+

We've used Gerhard Weise Plumbing ever since we bought our first condo in 1999.  Now we live in an old house and as a result need them at least once a year. Staff and plumbers are always pleasant and efficient and are dog-friendly. We've used them for all kinds of things--clogged drains, installation of additional spigots, new toilets, complicated shower clog, new water faucets, washing machine.....they're always great!  They're really good about letting you know when they can actually come and if they encounter an emergency that will change the time they arrive at your house.  They're reasonably priced, easy to work with, and honest. Highly recommended!

We've used Gerhard Weise for years and they've always been friendly and reliable. They did a bigger job for us a couple years back—repairing a broken sewer line—and the work has held up fine.

Excellent! Gerhard and his team have been spot on. They do not waste time, and working 4 hours in a right corner with masks on is certainly not easy. Applause!

Utterly terrible service. Received a bill from them but without any instructions on how to pay it. Called and spoke with someone regarding this multiple times, each time had to take down all of my information, and was promised a callback, which never happened. Also emailed regarding how to pay the bill, again no reply. When I finally got a callback, it was to try and schedule another appointment which I never asked for, and again could not help me on paying the bill.

Mark and the team at Gerhard Weise have always taken good care of our business and home plumbing needs!

Poor service.  Plumbing issue is much worse than before they came out.  Called multiple times to request that the issue be corrected.  No one called me back.
