We had worked with Teri previously on tax returns and were actually encouraged that she had opened her own accounting business. The work was done in a timely and straightforward manner. The portal is convenient if or when it is needed. I was impressed with how the transition to the new business seemed transparent from my side. Teri has been great to work with, and we plan to continue with her in the future.

I was concerned that this was a new firm for me and that the transfer of files would take a long time and be expensive to set up our account. But I now have no reservations and would recommend them to anyone. I liked the timeliness of response and the quick completion of our returns. Communication was easy and the portal worked well.

I was with another local firm and the cost of my return was more than double the estimate - it increased without warning/consultation.

My only concern in my first year with Gerlach was that I did not know them since they had purchased the accounting firm I had been with for 40 years. 
They were prompt and professional in all their communications and did an excellent job in preparing my tax documents in a thorough and timely manner. I will certainly be using them every year and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great! We have no complaints at all. The entire process was easy and intuitive. We like the attentiveness and timely responses to questions. I don’t feel like a “number” as is common with other firms.

I am so glad that we went to Gerlach Accounting LLC for our accounting needs.  Like most families we have no time and both my husband and I are business owners and our taxes can be a nightmare.  Teri immediately put our mind at ease and patiently worked with us.  Its nice knowing that with all worries in life, accounting is not one of them.
