I am very happy with my vehicle and customer service I received from German Auto House. Back in March, I ordered  a newer Lexus IS 250 with certain features and German Auto House made the vehicle available in three days. The whole process was very easy and pressure free.  It is clear to me that German Auto House cares about its customers and would like to secure a long-term customer loyalty. They provide first oil change for free and also affordable routine car maintenance services.   I highly recommend German Auto House to anyone who is looking for a high-quality used vehicle in Madison area.

I just bought a Lexus 2011 here.   The price and the service was outstanding from Javon!  He took his time and showed me the different kinds of cars that was available. I made my decision and am very happy with my purchase. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

I have owned over 150 or so cars, Never once bought one from a dealership before Javan made the process easy and fast. It was great to find someone in sales who is also extremely mechanically inclined to answer all my questions.  Not only was the car he sold me in excellent shape but he was there for me a year later when the car needed some maintenance. Was able to locate oem parts for half of what the dealer quoted me. 
I will continue to buy cars from German Auto House and recommend friends and family to them.

I had been looking for a truck for sometime by the time I got to German Auto House. My experience with Javan was phenomenal!! Leveled with me on every aspect and went above and beyond to give me the best deal and best service he could. 11/10 would recommend GAH!!

I highly recommend German Auto House for car maintenance and repairs. I took my 2009 Acura MDX to Javon for tires and full maintenance inspection. Javon found me the best tires. He showed and explained to me all about the tires. I'm 52 and never knew how important  tire maintenance is! Javon's mechanic did an amazing job with needed repairs. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate their kindness and flexibility with my schedule as well. See you again German Auto House!
