Great breads!  Not only the typical rolls and loafs but also pretzel rolls.  Aside from bread they have some of the best pastry around.  Great for a Saturday morning treat.

I contacted this bakery via email a few days before my parents' arrival in Las Vegas. They went there to celebrate my mom's birthday. I wanted to do something special since she wouldn't be with us on her birthday, so knowing her love for German pastries I sought out to find a German bakery in Vegas. Lo and behold, I found the German Bread Bakery. I was able to order a half-portion of a poppy seed coffee cake, which was a very, very generous portion, and they delivered it to my parents' hotel for a nominal charge. I was very pleased with the communications back and forth with the (presumed) owner, Uta. They did a great job, and my mom said the pastry was fantastic. Thanks German Bread Bakery!

My husband is from Munich...and he says this place is authentic with many nice things as well as German speaking service people there!
