Germantown Self Storage is an independently owned and operated indoor, climate controlled storage facility. Conveniently located right off Mequon Rd, near highway 41/45. We have 24 hour/7 day a week access with an indoor, heated loading and unloading area! Our leases run month to month, and we offer discounts for paying 6 months or 12 months in advance! Stop in for current availability and a tour! You won't be disappointed!

Great security....climate controlled

I needed a place to start packing and holding items prior to selling our house and moving to a new home. Jody, the manager, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. She made the signup process easy and pleasant. The facility is very well designed, clean, and more convenient than I ever imagined self-storage could be. It includes 24 hour drive-in access, carts to move items, and a freight elevator to take things to second floor units. I had already convinced myself that lugging boxes of stuff up the stairs to a second floor unit would be good exercise, but I am thankful for the efficiency that moving everything in one trip will afford. Much to my surprise, I am now actually excited to get started loading up the unit! I am also no longer anxious about how difficult I thought it would be to unload the unit after we move.
