Ordered a sign from them in March 2017 and still have not received it as of November 2017.  They did contact me and it seemed as if I would be able to get the sign, but I have not heard from them since October 17,2917.

I love this company and I redecorated my entire New York home using Gershwin & Gertie. Easy to work with and the product is of the highest quality. All items were delivered on time and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company.

Buyer beware! I ordered a wire bin on Sept. 4 and I still have not received it. I have contacted them at least 10 times by email and phone over the last 4 months. I have been told at least 4 times that it will ship next week.  I requested a refund 3 times by email and have gotten no response.  Please refund my money.

Yes, I did talk to you on Nov. 23 and you said that you were expecting a shipment in a few days and I was at the top of the list and you would keep me posted, didn't hear a thing.  I decided I didn't want to wait any longer and emailed 3 times in Dec/Jan and you never responded. I  specifically asked for a refund, that's what I want is a refund.

I ordered a open sign on the first of November.  After two attempts via email and a phone call I have not heard back whether the item has shipped (it's the 7th of December) the response I got from the email sent on 12/2 said they would get back to me.  And of course they have charged my cc, in which if they don't get back to me by days end I will dispute the charge.
