This park is one of the best trampoline parks I've ever been too.  Really it depends on what you like. If you like a large area with plenty of trampolines,  then go here. If you like more different things to do I recommend the vertical jump park near the mall. There is not a lot of people watching the jumpers. But it is still as safe as trampolines can get. Great park,  highly recommend.

The place, as a whole, was awesome! I took my two young girls there on a whim and we had so much fun! Clean, as safe as a bunch of trampolines and kids can be, and the price was reasonable. I like the fact that I didn’t have to pay to just be there - you only pay if you jump.
However, the three stars are due to the staff. Maybe it was just because they are all young people employed, but it wasn’t good.
While my girls were jumping, there were four or five staff members walking around. I assume their job is to keep people from breaking rules and help with safety. They failed. There was a little girl who tried to climb across the rope obstacle. Try as she may, she got tangled- badly. My husband offered to help her, but it was a mess. He called out three times to two of the staff members for some help, and they literally walked in by. Apparently their conversation was much more important. My husband and the little girls dad got her untangled, no thanks to the young boys “monitoring” the park. Thankfully, she wasn’t hurt, just a little scared.
Please, if you’re going to work at a place like this, do your job and help keep and eye out.

If you have children above 46" and below 46" I would advise against this trampoline park.  They have too many rules, even after signing waivers, that sucks the fun right out of it.  Kids under 46" don't even have a flat trampoline to jump on aside from where the basketball hoops are and don't let them jump on the trampolines on your way to the basketball hoops because they will get yelled at.  I get safety, but for the parents who are right there supervising their shorter kids, and when there aren't bigger kids or anyone jumping near you, the "officials" need to keep their eyes on the higher risk possibilities.  We have been to other Get Airs and had a much better experience. I doubt this review and the ones that are similar will change anything, as you can see the owner only replies to great reviews.  They better figure something out though as there is new competition in town and if you can't adapt you won't last.

A really cool fun place to take your kids!  Only thing that I do not like when we go there is the long line to sign the liability waiver on the computers.  It needs to be redone amon a way that gets people through more quickly.

I absolutely love this place! The workers were just the sweetest! I took my children and they have a blast jumping around on the trampolines and interacting with a few of the life guards each time they go! We have gone quite a few times and I finally had the opportunity to ask these great workers their names so I could share my appreciation! I believe their names are Jade, Chlo, Daraee, Lorrenzo, Joey, Jesse, and Gaby! They are such helpful, kindhearted, and outgoing workers! They explained the rules and made sure safety was a priority! Plus it’s great for tiring out the kids so they actually go to bed early and I get some me time!!!! Can’t wait to take the kids again soon!
