GetFit NH in Epsom is  the best  work out  experience I have ever had!   Coach Nancy Carlson adapts exercises on the spot for  her  clients, so that everyone, at every level, of every ability can participate and  get the most out of their workout!  The music is fun, upbeat and the camaraderie of everyone there is terrific.   Everyone is  supportive and encouraging!

GetFitNH is hands down the best exercise place I've ever been to.  All the coaches do a wonderful job of creating a supportive yet challenging atmosphere.  I cannot imagine my life without it.

THE best place to train!  I knew even before my 2 week trial was up that I was going to continue here.  That was 3 years ago and I can't imagine not being a part of Get Fit NH.

I have been going to Get Fit NH for over 6 years. I absolutely love it! I liked that you could try it for 2 weeks to see if it was for you. Even though it was extremely painful to stand up, walk downstairs, & sit on the toilet I still signed up. They're also nice enough to save enough fun for fun Friday. Woot woot!
