I find that the appointment requirement at Get In Shape for Women keeps me accountable and makes me leave work because I have to get to the gym at a certain time. Otherwise I would stay at work and say I will go to the gym later - and never go. Once I get there it is wonderful to have a trainer to tell you what to do and give you a regimen that works for your body type. The staff at Get In Shape is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I know I am healthier and in better condition than I have been in years. Thank you to all the staff at the Billerica Get In Shape for Women!

Do something special for YOU and join GISFW in Billerica!!   Deborah, the owner, and all of the trainers/coaches are amazing and make you feel welcome from Day 1.   It is the best gym experience I have ever had !!

I like that you need to schedule your workout sessions, it makes me more accountable to show up for a workout. The staff is great, very personable and helpful. It is never intimidating to workout at a Get in Shape for Women.
